We’re bummed out that things didn’t work out for you! but here’s the good news, we accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery of the item, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions specified herein.

Here’s the fine print. You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. The item placed for replacement has to be fresh and unused. All original tags attached to the item must be attached at the time of return of the item /product/s.

Upon receipt of the returned item, upon due verification, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

• You have a product you want to return/exchange now. Points to Remember for a Return/Exchange:

1. A request for return/exchange must be placed within 7 days of product delivery
2. Filling the return form will make the processing of your request easier
3. All items to be returned must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and should have the price tags and packaging intact. If not, the product will not be accepted by us.
4. If the product is damaged or defective in any way, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. You might be asked to send us a picture of the product on our customer service email id [email protected]
5. A quality check will be performed on all returned or exchange products and if the above conditions have not been met, the products will not be accepted.
6. They will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such as case.
7. Original shipping charges on any product/s are not refundable.
8. If you are shipping the product to us directly please pack it securely and choose a reliable courier service.
